This summary can also be easily shared with your healthcare provider for a more informed consultation. It’s designed to be user-friendly and accessible for everyone.

What happens to the information I enter into the AI assistant?  

Your inputs, such as text and questions, are securely processed by OpenAI, which generates responses based on your request. AskWebMed and Kinvectum do not store or share your data and have no access to your conversation. Your privacy is fully protected throughout the process.

Is this AI assistant a replacement for healthcare?

No, the AI assistant is an informational tool designed to offer helpful health insights but is not a substitute for professional healthcare. It provides preliminary guidance and general knowledge. For specific health concerns or medical advice, seek the advice of a licensed healthcare provider.

Does the AI assistant work in all languages?
The AI assistant can communicate in multiple languages. Simply chat with it in your preferred language. If it doesn’t support your language, it’ll continue the conversation in English.

Can the AI diagnose medical conditions?  

No, the AI assistant cannot provide definitive medical diagnoses. It can suggest potential conditions for informational purposes, but any health concerns should be addressed by consulting a licensed healthcare professional.

How accurate is the AI assistant?

Can I use this AI assistant in a medical emergency?

Is the information I share with AskWebMed secure?  

Yes! AskWebMed is designed to protect your privacy. We do not collect or store any personal information during your interaction with the chatbot. Each session is temporary, and once you close your browser, the session is ended with no data retention. Please note that the chatbot is for informational purposes only and should not be used to share personal or sensitive information. The AI chat is powered by OpenAI, which adheres to strict security and privacy standards. Can I save my chats or create a profile to save my information?  

Not currently. To ensure your data remains protected, AskWedMed is designed to be completely anonymous. No information that could be used to personally identify you is requested or stored.

The AI assistant is regularly updated to ensure they provide the most current and accurate information possible. However, medical knowledge evolves constantly, so we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional for the most up-to-date advice.
