Emails and any information contained therein will be retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not retain any data from conversations with the AI Health Assistant.

Any information you share in these groups or on these platforms (such as your profile name, comments, and other interactions) may be visible to other group members and the public, depending on your privacy settings. Please note that these interactions are governed by the privacy policies of the respective social media platforms. AskWebMed does not collect or store any personal information from these interactions unless it is explicitly shared with us.

AskWebMed follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
